The wait to have Jojo back here in the UK is finally over, and his October clinic tour starts tomorrow night (Oct 4th) at Absolute Music Bournmouth, and takes him across England Scotland Wales and Ireland . We are especially looking forward to catching up with him personally on Tuesday the 8th, when the Rhythmbase guys bring the show to the ABC2 here in Glasgow.
In the drumming world, the name Jojo Mayer needs no introduction. Renowned for his phenomenal technique and timing, his Jazz-influenced style and ability to deconstruct complex electronic beats and re-create them live on acoustic drums is legendary.
Jojo has been one of SABIAN’s top endorsers for many years now, and has been closely involved in the development of many innovative, new models, most recently the AAX Omni and the Hoop Crasher.
